Futurity Reminders
* Barns do not open until 7:00am on Thursday, July 10. Tie-outs will be available for overnight accommodations on Wednesday. Please plan accordingly.
* All blocking chutes must have a 2025 chute tag. If you did not pre-order, you may purchase them at the Beef Office for $25.
* Port-a-cools must have been pre-registered. Do not bring one if you have not requested a tag for one.
* NO DOGS are allowed in the barns or show ring during the Futurity. Please make arrangements to leave them at home!
* Pre-ordered Georgia Junior Beef Futurity T-Shirts will be available for pick up during check in on Thursday. Remaining shirts will be available for pick up Friday-Saturday at a table located at the announcers table. We will begin selling extra shirts at the beginning of the Market Beef Show, Friday afternoon and until we conclude the show on Saturday.
* The Scholarship Competition will be held on the North Concourse of Sutherland Arena at 2:00PM on Thursday, July 10.
* Premium vouchers will be given out during the show at a table near the Announcer's Stand in Sutherland Arena. The completed voucher should be returned to the premium table along with a chaperoning adult (parent, guardian, ag teacher or agent) to receive your cash premium. All premiums must be picked up within 30 minutes after the conclusion of the show on July 12th. Please don't wait till the end of the show to pick up your premiums. No money will be mailed. Premiums not picked up will be forfeited.
* Panels are allowed to be set up as pens in tie-outs for cattle. Maximum pen space per animal should not exceed 12x12. Pens are encouraged to be set up along the chain link fence. Exhibitors are responsible for insuring the pens/animals are secured.
* Please remember that we are fortunate to have a wonderful livestock facility for our youth to exhibit their 4-H and FFA projects. While in Perry this weekend, please be sure to dump manure in the clearly marked manure areas. Also, be sure to pick up empty aerosol cans and other trash and place in trash receptacles-not in your stalls.

Futurity Rule Reminders:
*Port-A-Cool (or other cooling units) space/tag can be purchased through pre-registration for $50/unit. Tags will be handed out at check in.
**All cattle are required to be in exhibitors name (this includes registered cattle).

**No butt fans. All fans must be attached to a tie panel.
**Chute tags will be required to be purchased for $25 per chute; will be handed out when you pick up stall assignments (all proceeds go towards exhibitor premiums).
**All Skateboards, scooters, roller skates, hover boards, roller blades, and other similar mechanical equipment ARE PROHIBITED within all property known as the Georgia National Fairgrounds & Agricenter unless approved by the Office of Public Safety as part of a scheduled program or demonstration registered through an appropriate administration office.

Attention 4-H Members: Please read rules regarding Code of Conduct & Medical Release. These forms are required for all 4-H members. Georgia 4-H members may submit their forms on the Georgia 4-H website.
